Send us a rough idea on the contact page. We come back within two business days with an honest read on scope, timeline, and cost. If it’s a fit, we run a short working session, then give you a fixed quote before anything is built.

Most builds are fixed scope and fixed price once we’ve agreed what’s in and out. Growth and support after launch can be a retainer or scoped monthly work — never an open-ended black box.

You do, in full, from day one. We hand over the repository, the design files, and the documentation whether or not you keep working with us.

Yes — if the codebase is salvageable and the goals are clear. We’ll assess what’s worth keeping, what to rewrite, and whether continuing is cheaper than starting fresh. We’ll tell you either way.

Often — and flexibly. We can lead the build, work under your team leads in a supporting role, fill a gap, or hand off to your developers once the foundation is in place. How we plug in depends on the scope and how your team is already set up.

We’re based in South Africa and work with clients worldwide. Remote collaboration is normal for us — timezone overlap and clear written updates matter more than where you’re registered.

Every build includes 30 days of support. After that most clients move to a Partner arrangement so someone is still watching the numbers and shipping improvements — or we hand over cleanly so your team owns it day to day.
